We Love Old Town Scottsdale - Realtor Marketing Video

I'm always asked about video marketing for Real Estate.  What are the best tips and tricks?  How long should the video be?  Etc, etc, etc.

For the most part, a lot of Realtors hop onto Youtube, upload a version of their virtual tour for their latest listing, and call it a day.  Ask these agents if they use video marketing and they'll say they sure do.

If you've ever sat through one of my Real Estate Marketing classes, had a one-on-one real estate coaching session, or even just read my email newsletter on real estate marketing, you'll know I adhere to the philosophy of "Good, Better, Best" when it comes to real estate marketing.  In my opinion,
doing what I just described in the above paragraph is what I'd call "good."  At least you're OUT there!  You have a video channel on Youtube and you're uploading real estate related content.  It's SOMETHING.  Which is way better than NOTHING!

But if you want to look better, consider a video like the one I've posted above.  I just created a new Youtube channel and this video for GreenBird Realty in Scottsdale, AZ.  Full disclaimer:  I have a vested interest in this new boutique brokerage...I'm one of the owners :)

So if I am co-owner in GreenBird Realty, why on earth would I say that this video is "better?"  Wouldn't you think I would use the BEST practices when it comes to Video Marketing for this real estate company?  

Of course I am!  The key is that using Best practices in video marketing for real estate isn't JUST about the content of the video itself.  I'll let you know what I mean in the next post on video marketing.  For now, I encourage you to watch the video and hopefully find some inspiration!

If you want to create a similar one for an area that you specialize in, you can do that at Animoto.  Just make sure that ALL the images you use in your video are your own (you took them yourself, you hired a photographer to take them for you, you purchased them from a stock photography website with the proper licensing, OR you got them from a site that offers a Creative Commons license.)
