I'm always asked about video marketing for Real Estate.  What are the best tips and tricks?  How long should the video be?  Etc, etc, etc.

For the most part, a lot of Realtors hop onto Youtube, upload a version of their virtual tour for their latest listing, and call it a day.  Ask these agents if they use video marketing and they'll say they sure do.

If you've ever sat through one of my Real Estate Marketing classes, had a one-on-one real estate coaching session, or even just read my email newsletter on real estate marketing, you'll know I adhere to the philosophy of "Good, Better, Best" when it comes to real estate marketing.  In my opinion,

Ahhh...Valentine's Day.  The one day of the year that we set aside to let the ones we love know about it.  Hmmm.  In my opinion, if you're only celebrating your loved ones once a year, they probably don't feel very loved.  But hey, I digress.
